Course Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff.

Entry requirements
There are no prerequisites for this course, however As a Registered Training Organisation ( RTO ) we have a duty to observe students throughout the enrollment process.  As such Applicants must have Reading and Writing ability in English equivalent to year 12. Students are required to Check Their LLN Status prior to purchase and or enrolment. The course is self paced, which allows students to be able to complete the course in their own time frame.

Course Hours
Students have 12 months to complete the course and it is estimated at: 17x hours per week = 12 months 34x hours per week = 6 months

Course Commencement
This course is a Self Paced Online course, which means courses and enrolments commence daily.

Delivery Methods
This course is a self-paced course which means students take control of their study and can complete the course at their own pace. The theory is delivered using our online learning portal, combined with practical components and work experience. Students are required to use Google Chrome or Firefox as their browser to complete the online training components.

Assessment Methods
Students may be required to complete written and oral exams, participate in simulated activities, complete assignments, presentations, vocational projects, self-directed research and roleplays through our online learning system. There will be templates and tasks that are required to be completed in a workplace or suitable setting, simulation may be an option where necessary. Any Students undertaking a course as part of a work based traineeships will be assessed in the workplace.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Qualifications are issued by RTO: 31486 are nationally recognised throughout Australia under the ( AQF ) Australian Qualifications Framework.

Costs
Course cost $3000.00, payments are made in line with our fee policy found in our Terms and Conditions Click here and Student Handbook Click here in relation to fees in advance. Sand Goanna will ensure that fees paid in advance of course delivery shall be protected by having such funds entered into SG's accounts as "Unearned Income," which may not be drawn upon until such time as delivery has commenced. Sand Goanna has a Set Fee Structure for all of its training courses which consists of a Maximum of $1000.00 Enrolment and a $500.00 commencement fee, allowing the final amount to be paid at completion.
